Yes. Anyone can search active listings, check market trends, and get a home value estimate without an account. A free account raises your chat limits and saves your conversations.
Do I need an account?+
Only for some features. Sold prices and listing history require a free account with a verified email because of MLS® data rules. Saving searches, favourites, and alerts also need an account. Everything else works without one.
Where does the data come from?+
Live MLS® data covering Alberta listings, refreshed continuously. Sold data and listing history cover the past 2 years, which is the maximum window real estate board guidelines allow us to display.
Can hômmie tell me what my home is worth?+

Edmonton Public catchment boundaries are mapped; Edmonton Catholic schools are shown by location. Catchments change year to year, so always confirm with the school board.
